TIMEMIND · MAC
TimeMind belongs on your Mac, too.
Organize tasks, see your calendar and move goals forward on a larger screen. Sign in with your phone’s account and enable Pro cloud sync to pick up where you left off.
Start on your phone. Continue on your Mac.
Basic task management works without an account. AI requires sign-in and consent. Cloud sync requires Pro and is enabled by you.
Tasks, calendar and goals
Add, edit, complete, categorize and search tasks. Change one occurrence, future occurrences or an entire series, and set custom repeat rules. See your schedule by month, week or day, import or export ICS calendars, update goal progress and count down to a target date.
Voice, photos and Xiao Shi
New tasks start with just a title; add details only when you need them. Or speak with macOS dictation or add a photo, and AI fills in the task for you to review. Xiao Shi can help with task actions through permissions you control.
Friends, parcels and review
Task invitations and chats with friends, parcel pickup codes at a glance, daily moods and a year-in-review of what you finished. Search completed and past tasks.
Focus and reminders
Focus timers, macOS notifications, daily plan and mood reminders, and an option to open at login. Close the window to keep TimeMind running in the menu bar for reminders.
Made for the Mac
A native window with the familiar window buttons, menu bar commands and shortcuts: ⌘K to find tasks and commands, ⌘N for a new task, ⌘, for Settings. Your sign-in is kept in Keychain, and exports use the standard Save panel.
Phone cloud sync
Use the same TimeMind account and Pro access. Enable cloud sync to exchange tasks, moods and categories; original photos and recordings also sync to your account’s private storage.
Get started on Mac
- Download the DMG and open it. The same file works on Mac computers with Apple silicon and with Intel.
- Drag TimeMind to the Applications folder, then open it from Applications. The app is signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens normally.
- Open TimeMind as a guest, or sign in with the account you use on your phone. Pro users can enable cloud sync in Settings.

A few things to know
macOS says TimeMind can’t be opened. What should I do?
TimeMind is signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so this message shouldn’t appear. If an older version of macOS still shows it, make sure you downloaded the file from timemind.app and optionally check the SHA-256 above. Then, in the Applications folder in Finder, Control-click (or right-click) TimeMind, choose Open, and click Open in the dialog. On a work or school Mac, ask your IT administrator.
How do I report a problem?
TimeMind for Mac uses the same account, cloud sync, AI quota and friends services as your phone. If sign-in, sync or AI results look wrong, check your connection, then contact us from this page with the version shown in Settings and when it happened.
When do reminders arrive?
Allow notifications for TimeMind in System Settings › Notifications. After you close the window, TimeMind stays in the menu bar and keeps waiting for reminders. Reminders cannot appear on time while TimeMind is fully quit (⌘Q) or your Mac is asleep; on reopening, TimeMind checks recent undelivered reminders. Turn on “Open TimeMind when you log in to your Mac” in Settings to have it ready in the menu bar after you log in.
Does it automatically sync with the Calendar app?
This version supports ICS calendar import and export, plus phone task cloud sync with the same Pro account. Automatic two-way sync with the Calendar app isn’t available.
How are speech and photos processed?
Speech is transcribed by built-in macOS dictation (Apple speech recognition). When your Mac has an on-device model for the language, recognition happens on your Mac and the audio doesn’t leave it; otherwise Apple processes it. The first time, macOS asks you to allow the microphone and speech recognition; if you declined, turn them back on in System Settings › Privacy & Security. Only when macOS doesn’t support your language, or Siri and Dictation are turned off, is the recording sent to Tencent Cloud for transcription. AI then organizes the transcript. Photo analysis, text extraction and Xiao Shi chat use DeepSeek. Consent is requested first, and usage shares your phone account’s quota.
How do I update?
When a new version is available, TimeMind shows “TimeMind x.y.z is available” with a download button on the Today page; you can also select Check for updates in Settings. After downloading the new DMG, quit TimeMind (⌘Q), open the DMG and drag TimeMind to the Applications folder, choosing to replace the old version. Your tasks and settings stay.
Where is my data, and how do I uninstall?
Tasks and settings are stored on this Mac in the “~/Library/Application Support/com.timemind.desktop” folder, and your sign-in is kept in Keychain. With cloud sync on, tasks also sync to your account. To uninstall, quit TimeMind and drag it from Applications to the Trash. To remove local content as well, first clear this Mac’s data in TimeMind Settings, or delete the folder above.
How do I delete my account?
Delete your account and data in desktop Settings. If the account is linked to Sign in with Apple, use the phone app to reauthenticate and finish deletion so Apple access can also be revoked. Deleting an account does not cancel subscriptions.
Will it be on the Mac App Store?
The Mac App Store version is coming soon. It uses the same App Store account as the iPhone app, so Pro bought on iPhone can be restored on your Mac with Restore Purchases. Until then, download it from this page.
Is there a Windows or browser version?
For Windows 10 / 11, see the Windows download page. A task workspace that runs directly in your browser isn’t available yet.
