A few things to know

Which Windows features have been verified?

This is the first public Windows release. Sign-in, phone cloud sync, AI and friends are connected to the existing TimeMind services, but not every real-account and two-device scenario has been verified yet. Contact the developer from this page if you run into a problem.

When do reminders arrive?

Allow Windows notifications in Settings and keep TimeMind running in the system tray. Reminders cannot appear on time while the app is fully quit or the computer is asleep. On reopening, TimeMind checks recent undelivered reminders.

Does it automatically sync with Outlook?

This version supports ICS calendar import and export, plus phone task cloud sync with the same Pro account. Automatic two-way Outlook sync is not available yet.

How are speech and photos processed?

Speech is transcribed by Windows online speech recognition (Microsoft, handled directly by Windows). The first time, the app guides you to turn on Online speech recognition in Windows Settings › Privacy & security › Speech and to add your language with speech recognition under Language & region. If the speech service cannot be reached, Windows' built-in offline recognizer is used and the audio stays on your computer (Chinese, English, Japanese, German, French and Spanish). Only when neither supports your language is the recording sent to Tencent Cloud for transcription. AI then organizes the transcript. Photo analysis uses Google Gemini; text extraction and Xiao Shi chat use DeepSeek. Consent is requested first, and usage shares your phone account’s quota.

How do I update or uninstall?

Download a newer installer from this page to update. Installer updates are not automatic yet. Use Windows “Installed apps” to uninstall. To remove local content, first clear this computer’s data in TimeMind Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Delete your account and data in desktop Settings. If the account is linked to Sign in with Apple, use the phone app to reauthenticate and finish deletion so Apple access can also be revoked. Deleting an account does not cancel subscriptions.

Is there a macOS or browser version?

This download is for Windows x64. A macOS installer and a task workspace that runs directly in your browser are not available yet.
